Customer SMS Opt-In Program
This page describes how customers of Falafel & Grill opt in to receive SMS notifications related to their food orders and store updates.
How Customers Opt In
Customers may opt in to receive text messages by:

Entering their mobile number during online or in-store ordering and explicitly agreeing to receive SMS updates, or

Texting the keyword JOIN to our business SMS number provided at our locations or on marketing materials
Type of Messages Sent
SMS messages sent are transactional only and include:

Order confirmation messages

Pickup or delivery status updates

Store communication related to customer orders
No marketing or promotional SMS is sent through this program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer orders and store communications. Messages are only sent when relevant to a customer’s active order or store updates.
How to Opt Out
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received.
After sending STOP, a confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will be delivered unless the customer opts in again.
Help
Customers may reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact the store directly for support.
Data & Privacy
Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile carrier plan. Phone numbers are used solely to provide SMS order-related communications and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
